Our client is a leading service provider in North America that supports the global loyalty, recognition and incentive communities.

The platform we worked on was a recognition solution customized to organizational needs. Using the software clients can improve morale and build employee engagement linked to organizational goals. Clients also could recognize their staff’s achievements, milestones and successful teamwork. We provided two agile Staff Augmentation teams working in Laravel PHP and were able to seamlessly manage any distance and time zone problems, and we extended the software with new features for reward vouchers or reward checkout requirements inside the application. 

We deployed the first team at 2 weeks notice and after a short learning curve we were able to develop new features with a short development time using agile methodologies.
